EATING SMART::VITAMIN A::

Eating the right foods will ensure you get all the required vitamins.  Vitamin A is found in liver, eggs, fortified milk, fish and fruits and vegetables that contain beta carotene.

Vitamin A promotes good vision, helps form and maintain healthy skin and mucous membranes, and may be protective against some cancers.  Vitamin A does not cure cancer, enhance normal vision or rejuvenate  damaged skin.
